This guy comes home and tries to surprise his wife with a nice romantic bottle of pink champagne, but the whole thing goes downhill fast. He happens to run into another guy at the local liquor store who says: "Her husband's out of town and there's a party..." (You know the rest.)
When it's all said and done, you can't ask for much more out of a country song: melodrama, pathos, alcohol, murder, and "the cold hard facts of life."
